Located on the 1st floor condo of Tower 1. The living room and dining room area spacious and feature beautiful beach décor. Floor to ceiling windows on the first floor bring the beach and gulf right in to your condo. The living room features a 54″ Sony SXRD television and Sony DVD player. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, loveseat and recliner. The dining room seats six and three more at the breakfast bar. Dine in with a 5-star view better than most restaurants have to offer.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, brand new mattress and box spring purchased in August of 2108, floor to ceiling windows with spectacular gulf views, a private bath and a 42 inch Roku flat screen. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, brand new mattresses and box springs purchased in August of 2018, the same amazing views, a private bath and a 38 inch flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have access to the spacious gulf front balcony. New bedding in both rooms and coastal décor complete the look and give you the beach vacation experience you expect when coming to the world’s most beautiful beach!
The full size kitchen is clean, spacious, and well equipped. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and love seat and an recliner. Everyone can relax at the end of the day to talk about a great time at the beach, or watch a movie on the 54″ Sony SXRD TV.
Speaking of relaxing at the end of the day, the large balcony is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset. The view from the first floor is truly breathtaking. The Gulf Coast at its finest.

At Barefoot Beach Rentals we make booking and check in hassle free. All you have to do is arrive, unpack, relax, and ‘go barefoot’ on the beach.
This is a non smoking condo, and pets are not allowed. The responsible renter must be 25 years of age and must occupy the condo for the entire duration of the rental stay.
