Barefoot Beach Rentals is a property management company exclusive to the Long Beach Resort. Barefoot Beach Rentals is owned and managed by Maureen Nieland. Barefoot Beach Rentals is an on-site property management company at the Long Beach Resort. Barefoot Beach Rentals manages 25 condos at the Long Beach Resort offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom Gulf-front condos. From the last week in May to the first week in August 2 and 3 bedroom condos have Saturday to Saturday 7-night minimum stay. During the rest of the year there is a 3-night minimum stay for all condos.
Each condo has floor to ceiling windows which capture stunning Emerald Coast views. All condos have super-sized balconies. Two beach chairs with an umbrella are included in all condo rentals. The Long Beach Resort has full-time security and is gated at the street and at the beach. There are four towers at the Long Beach Resort. Tower I, II, III and IV. Each tower has 14 floors and there are two elevators per tower. Parking is located in front of each tower. There are heated Polynesian pools with hot tubs between Tower I and Tower II and Tower III and Tower IV. The Lagoon Pool and hot tub is between Tower II and Tower III. The Lagoon Pool is not heated. The Lagoon Pool has tropical island and waterfalls. There is a bar/snack food restaurant called the Hangout which is adjacent to the Lagoon Pool. The Hangout is open spring, summer and fall. Charcoal grills are located on the west side of Tower IV and the east side of Tower I.

The Long Beach Resort owns its own beach and has over 1300 lineal feet of pristine, white sandy beach. Long Beach Resort offers the most beach frontage of any resort in Panama City Beach. We also have the best floor plan on the beach. All bedrooms and living room and dining areas have floor to ceiling windows which give guests full Gulf-front views. Each Tower has its own beach access which is directly through the lobby area of each tower. Luggage carts are located next to the mail boxes on the ground level of each tower. There is a handicapped access ramp on the west side of Tower IV.
Pier Park is an open-air outdoor mall which is approximately 5 miles from the Long Beach Resort and is approximately a 12-minute drive. Pier Park offers a variety of shopping with boutique beach shops, major chain stores, a variety of restaurants and movie theaters.
There are several attractions which are within walking distance of the Long Beach Resort. Wonder Works, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, several putt-putt golf courses and Race City.
The Russell Fields Pier (City Pier) is one of the Panama City Beach’s most popular tourist attractions. As the longest pier on the Gulf (over 1500 feet), The City Pier offers fantastic fishing and breath taking views of sunrises and sunsets. Look down to see some amazing marine life. Whether you are looking for a great place to fish or just a stroll, don’t miss the City Pier.
